Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a responsible, hardworking, and field-oriented Civil Overseer to support construction and site operations. The ideal candidate should be willing to work on-site, assist in daily supervision, and ensure that construction activities are carried out efficiently and according to plan. This role is suitable for diploma graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in industrial projects

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily site supervision and construction activities
Monitor work progress and provide updates to engineers
Ensure construction work follows drawings and instructions
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and site workers
Maintain basic site records, measurements, and reports
Support material checking and usage tracking
Help Ensure safety practices are followed on-site
Assist engineers in overall project execution

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification

Experience:

Freshers are encouraged to apply
Prior experience in construction/site work will be an advantage

Preferred Profile:

Civil Overseer certification or relevant training background
Willingness to work in field and industrial environments
Strong interest in site supervision and construction work
Eagerness to learn and grow in industrial projects

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of construction work and materials
Ability to read and understand simple drawings and site plans
Good observation and reporting skills
Basic communication skills with site workers and supervisors
