We are seeking a passionate and skilled Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our dynamic team. 

We are a sales automation and optimization platform designing and delivering a solution to automate the repetitive admin tasks associated with B2B sales.

As a Machine Learning Engineer specializing in NLP, you will play a key role in developing, deploying, and maintaining cutting-edge machine learning models and applications. Your expertise in NLP, along with your proficiency in LangChain, AWS, Python, and FastAPI will be crucial in delivering high-impact solutions that enhance our product offerings and drive business success.

We are fast moving startup, and you will be joining a remote team of 8.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement NLP models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. 
• Design, build, and optimize machine learning pipelines using LangChain. 
• Deploy and manage scalable machine learning solutions on AWS. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. 
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to prepare datasets for model training. 
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed models. 
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. 

Requirements

• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Deep understanding of NLP concepts and techniques, including text processing, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and language modeling. 
• LangChain: Proficiency in using LangChain for developing and managing machine learning workflows. 
• AWS: Experience with AWS services, particularly those related to machine learning and data processing, such as S3, SageMaker, Lambda, and EC2. 
• Python: Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NLTK, spaCy, and Hugging Face. 
• FastAPI: Experience with FastAPI for building and deploying high performance APIs. 
• Machine Learning: Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and performance tuning. 
• Data Handling: Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using libraries like Pandas and NumPy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. 
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on NLP. 
• Proven track record of developing and deploying NLP models in a production environment. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. 

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure) is a plus. 
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. 
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
