Logistics Officer-1 Position

Purpose: The position holder will be responsible to provide logistics and administrative supports in Country Office in compliance with Plan International Nepal’s policies and procedures for smooth functioning the Administration/Logistics in the Country Office. 

Term and Location: Fixed term employment for 3 years based in Country Office, Lalitpur.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange on time venue/hall booking for official events, workshops & trainings and oversee logistics arrangement.
  • Provide and facilitate ticketing & transport facility as per staff request. 
  • Manage petty cash transactions and accurately maintain record of expenditures and cash balance on a daily basis.
  • On time service delivery for repair and maintenance work at office building and international staff residence.
  • Ensure regular payment of utility bills.
  • Supervise office attendant, cleaners and messengers. 
  • Timely preparation & submission of reports as required.

Required Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Business Studies and equivalent.  
  • At least two 2 years of relevant working experience in similar role.
  • Experience in dealing logistics related matters.  
  • INGO work experience preferred.
