Job Description:

The Logistic Assistant is a key support member of the Procurement and Logistics Team. You are responsible for warehouse management and key centre, MS Ladies, outreach and social marketing support. Your efficient and effective administration will ensure a strong stock management system and high standards are maintained in all aspects of centre and outreach operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Logistic unit with strong information management.

Qualification and Experience Required:

  • At least Intermediate level/ +2 completed with minimum of 2 years of work experience in warehouse and stock management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with Inventory software.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with inventory software, and able to upload data into the system.
  • Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory.
  • Highly organized and able to store items efficiently.
