COPPADES is an NGO working on development activities in Lamjung District and other districts at various times. COPPADES has been implementing Leave No-one Behind (LNOB) Housing Project in Rainas Municipality and Dordi rural Municipality of Lamjung  in partnership with Practical Action  Nepal with financial support from Department for International Development (DFID).

Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than 3 years
Other Specification

  • Completed Bachelor Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in Management, or any other relevant field with 5 years’ experience on recovery and reconstruction programme especially on housing programme will be  preferred for Bachelor and 3 years work experience for master degree
  • Good communication, and interpersonal skills 
  • Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations
  • Good Communication and negotiation skills
  • Committed to working within team approach
  • Able to travel on remote areas of Lamjung as per to monitor the supply chain 


Job Description

  • Logistic facilitator should be responsible for overall management of the logistics support for  project 
  • Willingness and enthusiastic to travel on remote areas of Lamjung as to monitor the supply chain and working with most vulnerable and marginal people.
  • Plan site set-up to move labour, plant, and materials around site efficiently (eg hoarding, gates, site accommodation, safety and security, temporary services, material delivery and waste management strategy, catering).
  • Plan internal and external logistics routes through the project phases focusing on separation of vehicles, machinery and people. Lay down areas and offloading points.
  • Pre-plan for management of the all asset from logistic perspectives
