  • Ability and flexibility to travel extensively within Nepal

Job Description

  • Making action plans of the activities to be carried out in consultation with International peace worker and project supervisor
  • Support district focal persons to carry out the project 
  • Documentation of activities carried out in the districts in coordination with DFPs
  • Assist in writing proposals and reports of the projects
  • Sound Knowledge of financial reporting and support district staffs in financial matters
  • Maintain daily income and expense records of related project
  • Collect program and financial reports from districts and compile them
  • Frequent travel to districts for backstopping and monitoring of the project 
  • Corresponding with donors and stakeholders as and when required
  • Corresponding with internal staffs in email to inform them about the events, activities and meetings and with external stakeholders especially through email about the projects and programs of the organizations
  • Finally, assisting colleagues of the organization as and when necessary to achieve the overall organizational goals and objectives

Salary will be as per the rules of the organization.
