The LPO will report to the office manager and will be responsible for clients’ loan process including:

• Preparing CRM
• Preparing online applications
• Financial review of customers
• Maintaining compliance for submitted applications
• Any other works as assigned by the supervisor/manager

Please note that a commitment of a minimum of 3 years is required to apply for this position and the working hours are 7.00 am and 3.30 pm Monday to Friday. Please make sure this is suitable for you before applying for the job.

In addition, our ideal candidates will have the following demonstrated skills and experience.

• Strong organizational skills and very high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Advance Microsoft office and typing skills 
• Working knowledge of various CRM’s
• High volume data entry.

Qualification and experience:

• Minimum Academic requirements: Bachelors (Preferably major in Accounting and Finance)
• Candidates must be proficient in English (writing and speaking) 
• Experience in banking/ financial services is preferable but not mandatory.
