Library-Finance Officer

We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified finance officer. In this position, you will be responsible for the financial health of the business by managing our financial procedures. His or her duties will include planning budgets, participating in audits, monitoring transactions, and issuing invoices. To achieve success in this role, you must explore your depth of knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Knowledge of recognizing sales and purchases for the general accounting process
• Assist internal and external audits to ensure compliance
• Knowledge of financial regulations and the accounting process
• Knowledge of huge data management, data processing and reporting in excel
• Knowledge of digital music library
• Knowledge of Accounting / Inventory Software
• Provide relevant financial data to the management team on a requirement basis
• Able to generate financial reports in Excel
• Ability to handle a huge amount of data and information, such as the collection of sales from digital or online services, process those data in Excel, and report to the concern
• Collecting, compiling and verifying reconciliation source data
• Check party bills for the purpose of VAT, TDS, PAN and other accounting purpose
• To perform any other duties as assigned by senior
