Job Description

  • Maintaining of Front Office Etiquette: Being the face of office, the first impression to makes visitors feel welcome and comfortable.Understand their reason for showing up and helps to address that. Ensure the Front Desk is neat, presentable and equipped with all the necessary supplies
  • Maintaining of Office Library: Ensuring that library services meet the needs of particular groups of readers. Explain use of library facilities, resources, equipment, and services, and provide information about library policies.Code, classify, and catalog books, publications, films, audiovisual aids, and other library materials based on subject matter or standard library classification systems.Organize collections of books, publications, documents, audiovisual aids, and other reference materials for convenient access
  • Greet, Seat & Treat: Great customers & ask what they need. If they have to wait around, invite them to take a seat and take care of hospitality. Take care of Phone Vs. Face Time, as a front desk executive have to deal with someone in office and someone else on the phone. If you have to ask either party to wait, you should do it politely, not as if it's an annoyance. Answer phones and operate a switchboard. Route calls to specific people
  • Receipts &Dispatch: Keeping records of all incoming & outgoing mails / parcels / couriers. Keeping separate registers for incoming and outgoing mails, numbering & filing in proper way
  • Maintain Decorum of Visitor’s / Meeting Rooms: To check all necessary equipment are in proper order and resources are not misused. Keep records of booking and make allotment of Meeting Rooms for meeting as available
  • Keep Records of Office Inventory: Keep records of office inventory of office consumables like stationeries, kitchens consumables& other equipments
  • Supervision of House Keeping Staff & Office Floors: Keep supervision on Housekeeping staff and their duties. Supervise office floors and update timely feedback to concern official
