About the job

Responsibilities

• Must have working knowledge of Nepalese Corporate Law, Contractual Law and related Laws.
• Should possess excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Nepali languages.
• Sharp knowledge of Nepalese Law and excellent legal documentation skills in English and Nepali Language.
•  Ability to coordinate with Legal Advisor, Division/Department and Associates Companies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Tools with excellent typing skill in Nepali legal documents 
• Excellent skills in legal agreement / litigation application drafting in accordance with Nepal and international legal framework and standard. 

Qualifications

• Must have completed BBM LLB /BA LLB or equivalent with practicing license form Nepal Bar Council. Preference will be given to those having an LLM degree and specialization in Commercial Law/Contractual Law.
