  • Must have 7-8 years of progressive experience with any Multinational Company or in any Reputed Solicitor firm
  • Knowledge of Government Acts, Food Laws, Consumer Laws, & Corporate Laws
  • Knowledge and understanding of handling trade promotion, contracts and customer activation schemes
  • Excellent ability to liaison with government officials, auditor regarding audits and issues resolution
  • Must be excellent in oral & written communication
  • Thorough computer knowledge in MS office

Job Description

  • Govern compliance to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Assist business in negotiation, structuring & documentation of various contracts and monitor their performances
  • Handle litigation for the company
  • Maintain liaison with required government officials for business purpose
  • Track & monitor compliance of various legislation & Guidelines issued by the corporate and communicate to the management
  • Ensure implementation of Policies & Procedures of the Company
  • Review all Agreements/MOUs between the company & third parties & recommend appropriate steps forward
  • Carryout relevant legal action regarding IR issues and HR to ensure statutory compliances
  • Other assignments as per need basis
