Role overview:

The organization is seeking qualified candidates for Karnali Province office, based in Surkhet .
Duration of the employment- 11.5 months starting from 15 January 2023.
Provide legal counselling to the beneficiaries of the project and document them.
Coordinate with Project Manager, District Board Members, District Staff Members and WHR Team to implement the project activities effectively and efficiently.
Support to plan monthly, quarterly, and annual plan of the project.
Write and prepare reports and legal documents to assist the beneficiaries with legal aid.
Work in close coordination and collaboration with respective board members ensuring transparency and accountability.
Work in close coordination and collaboration with local governmental stakeholders to achieve project as well as organizational objectives.
Ensure timely submission of monthly legal report to Project Manager.
Monitoring visit in the project areas under their respective province.

Required qualification:

Advocate/ Bar Exam License Holder
With 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
Excellent communication, coordination and public relation skills
Case handling and documentation skills
Proven knowledge/understanding/experience of the issues of sexual and gender based violence, survivors and marginalized communities.
