Job Description

  • Handle all the legal issues of the company
  • Liaise with government departments as per the business necessity for mitigating the risk of the company
  • Providing Legal advice on the day-to-day service legal activities in the company including review of various commercial contracts, advice on general corporate legal issues, litigation, IP, Labor etc
  • To ensure proper corporate governance and administration of the company includes compliance with group policies/practices and training
  • Good understanding competition law, consumer protection law, anti-corruption & bribery regulations, FITTA, Telecommunication laws, Custom, Tax PE, Labor Laws, Intellectual Property Laws, Procurement Laws, Industrial Enterprise Laws, Companies Laws, Contract laws and any other laws relevant to the business of the Company
  • To prepare corporate documentation, includes minutes of meeting, company registration and amendment of Company Charter and submit to government authorities in compliance with Company laws
  • Track laws and regulations that can be effected the company and inform to relevant business departments and Regional Legal Affairs Department in timely manner
  • Coordination with government authorities for corporations as per the necessity of the business
  • Coordinate with external law firm to perform litigation of all legal cases and all concerned legal matters in order to support business objective
  • To prepare corporate documentation, includes minutes of meeting, company registration and amendment of Company Charter and submit to government authorities in compliance with Company laws.
  • Track laws and regulations that can be effected the company and inform to relevant business departments and Regional Legal Affairs Department in timely manner.  
  • Coordination with government authorities for corporations as per the necessity of the business.
