Soaltee Hotel Limited (the 'Company') is a stock listed Public Limited Company Pioneering in Hospitality owns and operates The Soaltee Kathmandu, a luxury Five Star Hotel seeking to recruit competent, determined, self-motivated, result oriented, dynamic, confident, ambitious and enthusiastic candidates for the following positions based in Kathmandu for its Projects. The prospective candidates must meet the following criteria: -

Position: Legal Associate 

Minimum Requirement:

Age: Below 30 Years

Minimum Education: BBM LLB/BA LLB / LLB

Knowledge/Abilities: 

Contractual Expertise:

The associate should possess the ability to draft and critically analyze agreements in both English and Nepali languages.

Legal Documentation: 

Should exhibit superior capabilities in composing and revising legal documents in English and Nepali.

Regulatory Compliance:

Should be well-versed in the compliance protocols pertinent to a public company.

Judicial Knowledge:

Should have the knowledge about legal proceedings, courts and government functioning procedure.

Task Management:

The associate is responsible for ensuring the timely execution of given project/tasks.

Coordination:

The associate is expected to effectively coordinate with the Company's head of legal department.
