  • Good knowledge of gender, inclusion and disability issues

Job Description

  • Legal Advisor will work closely with concerned person of the cases and BWAN board
  • Advice and suggest clients concerning claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations
  • Provide counselling and guidance to the clients regarding the case
  • Analyze the probable outcomes of cases based on legal ground
  • Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments for presentation of cases
  • Gather evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case
  • Prepare legal briefs and opinions, and file appeals in courts
  • Present and summarize cases to judges and juries
  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies
