About the role:

We are looking for a learning consultant
Support professional services team to create training materials (user manuals and videos) of our UK based customer projects
Plan, design, develop and deliver online customer training sessions.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in using and/or designing business applications (CRM or ERP applications preferred)
Previous trainer experience is not a must, but a plus
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong verbal and written English skills
