We’re looking for an exceptional candidate that is excited about the opportunity to reimagine a next generation data acquisition platform. As a Lead UI/UX designer, you will play a critical role translating the company’s product initiatives and feedback into friendly, responsive and subtler UI/UX design solutions. While we don’t require a background in data capture/ services, a successful candidate will have a unique blend of product intuition, code and pixel expertise, and solving business problems through interface design.

Lead the design of our growing digital properties – product suite, landing pages, online store, and software tools
Work towards hiring junior designers and lead.
Design visual interfaces, user flows, and compelling interactions.
Build creative illustrations and/or work with other illustrators
Translate complex ideas into simpler, subtler, intuitive designs
Work with leadership across product management and marketing to translate new product ideas and priorities (from earliest sketches and business requirements) to polished design and shipment
Create visual assets for use across Grepsr’s digital properties
Work with junior designer and the Marketing team to define and produce marketing collateral
Define and optimize user-onboarding and user-interaction flows to continuously improve experience and conversion

A strong portfolio of work
You know your art top to bottom - and can work independently
At least 4 years experience in a design role, especially focused on visual design
Are strongly opinionated in design matters
An excellent sense of typography, layout, and general design principles
You’re a stickler for quality and polish and have a keen eye for details
Exceptional communication and organizational skills as you will be coordinating with
engineering, product management, marketing and business development partners
Desire to be a part of something BIG – bigger than yourself!
Bonus/nice-to-have: prior experience with SaaS product(s)
