Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are a professional Himalayan expedition company specializing in trekking and mountaineering adventures across the majestic Himalayas. Our team is passionate about exploration, storytelling, and delivering world-class expedition experiences. We are looking for a young, creative, and energetic Graphic Designer to bring fresh ideas and visual excellence to our brand.

Prior experience is not mandatory. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual with a strong eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative. A positive attitude and willingness to continuously improve are more important than previous work experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design expedition & trekking packages using Adobe InDesign (layouts, typography, images, tables, icons)
Create high-quality marketing materials, including:
Social media creatives & banners
Brochures, flyers & posters
Expedition itineraries, fact sheets & catalogs
Company profiles & presentations
Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop engaging visuals

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
Good Working Knowledge Of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
Must have a skill of Adobe InDesign
Core Design Understanding:
- Layout design, typography & visual hierarchy
- Branding principles & color theory
Creative mindset with attention to detail

We are the AltiPro Adventures led by five young mountaineers under 30, each with 8–9 years of real Himalayan experience. Our journey began from the very foundation of mountaineering: as porters, support staff, and high-altitude guides. Today, we lead treks and expeditions across the Himalayas with the same hands-on commitment and mountain ethics we grew up with.

AltiPro Adventures is led by these five mountaineers, but we are not limited to just five people. We work with a strong network of experienced climbing guides, Sherpas, and support staff who have climbed and worked alongside us for years. Every guide on our team is personally selected, trained, and trusted by us.

From city streets to the final summit, one of the founders is always with you. When our schedule is full, we expand our team only with guides we know personally professionals who share our standards of safety, responsibility, and genuine care for clients.
