We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with strong technical and design skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in architectural design, 3D modeling, and construction documentation, with proficiency in modern design software.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural drawings and detailed 3D models for projects
Develop construction plans and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders
Work on design development, detailing, and documentation
Ensure model accuracy, compliance with standards, and high-quality outputs
Collaborate with team members to provide innovative design solutions
Assist in project visualization using rendering tools for client presentations
Ready to travel around the country

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in architectural design or related roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating design creativity, technical skills, and software proficiency
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Software Skills Required:

Expert: AutoCAD, Revit
Proficient: SketchUp or Rhino
Visualization / Rendering: Lumion, Enscape
BIM & other rendering tools

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with a two-wheeler valid driving license.
