Job Description:

As a Lead Generation and Conversion Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that increase our client base overseas through LinkedIn. You will use your expertise in digital marketing, particularly on LinkedIn, to target and engage potential clients, ultimately driving conversions and boosting our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies on LinkedIn to identify and attract potential overseas clients for our software development services.
• Manage and optimize LinkedIn campaigns, ensuring they are targeted effectively to reach decision-makers in relevant industries.
• Utilize advanced LinkedIn search tools and techniques to build lists of prospective clients.
• Craft compelling messages and outreach strategies that resonate with the target audience, leading to high engagement and conversion rates.
• Analyze and report on the performance of LinkedIn campaigns and other lead generation efforts to continually refine strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging, and follow-up procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest LinkedIn features and best practices in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition, specifically using LinkedIn, in the software development or IT sector.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn advertising, InMail campaigns, and Sales Navigator tools.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust tactics accordingly.
