Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic person for the position of Lead Culinary Instructor. The primary  purpose of this position is to be responsible for exceptional delivering of teaching and learning  mode of practical and theoretical sessions /classes.  

Areas of responsibility: 

  • Facilitate culinary and food production ( practical and theoretical) classes for all our 3 programs (BIHM, BPH and Vocational )students 
  • Provide personal and professional guidance to students when needed. 
  • Develop creative instructional methods to engage students in learning  process 
  • Develop curriculum, instruction materials and handouts for students as per  the guidelines provided.  
  • Develop daily lesson plans and instructional plans to meet course  competency. 
  • Prepare course assignments, tests, projects to improve student’s academic performance. 
  • Upload the required course materials at MOODLE (Learning Management  System) and also need to provide trainings as per demand through hybrid modes. 
  • Evaluate each student’s academic performance and provide feedback  appropriately 
  • Ensure that students follow disciplinary and behavioral standards in the College. 
  • Develop cohesive, safe and positive learning environment for students 
  • Attend all the operational and academic management meetings as and  when required. 
  • Support and attend orientations, graduations and other student and college  events 

Required Qualifications and Requirements: 

  • Minimum – BIHM and MHM preferred 
  • Strong culinary background with 5 years + International Hospitality Experience.
