Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 5 years
Professional Skill Required	:	Communication Problem Solving Presentation Leadership Analytical Interpersonal Skills

5-7 years research experience in the sectors of human rights, law, violence, crime and other socio-political issues
Experience with statistical software (SPSS,R)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Office package

Plan, coordinate and execute assigned research projects within the organization
Supervise team members on daily basis to complete research projects within deadlines
Work with management team in preparation of project plan, budget and timeline
Present research findings to management in an understandable manner
Identify key challenges and develop relevant solutions
Ensure that research deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
Strong analytical skills to develop programs based on the research studies
