Job Description

  • Identify training needs for employees and assist in the design, development and delivery of various training and development curricula and activities

  • Proactively and creatively assist in the assessment of learning programs and processes in the company and recommend improvements 
  • Perform research-based study on various organizational concerns and suggest recommendations 
  • Maintain a pool of talent or potential in the organization and track their performance 
  • Lead the operation of the Learning Management System 
  • Assist in distance learning for employees of all levels 
  • Involve in projects and activities for overall human resources and organizational development
