Role: Laravel Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Laravel Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in developing robust, scalable web applications using Laravel. This role requires deep technical expertise, a keen understanding of best practices in web development, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using the Laravel framework.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with various services and applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Design and implement dynamic and modular application architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Laravel development.
• Realize the project delivery date and understand the communication channels. 
• Write clean, modular & maintainable code to develop a quality product on time. 
• Conduct first-hand testing of the project tasks before submitting the tasks to the CTO
• Verify the product with SRS. 
• Having experience on Jira
• Knowledge of REST API, SOAP, and integration with third-party vendor's systems.

 Specialist / Skills Requirement

• In-depth knowledge of the Laravel framework and PHP.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Vue.js or React.js.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in writing and maintaining unit tests and test-driven development.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong understanding of security best practices in web development.
• Good Knowledge of OOPS concepts, and design patterns 
• Utilize project management and version control tools such as Jira and Bitbucket.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Familiarity with caching strategies using Redis.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize existing applications.
• Should know about Multi-Tenant Architecture
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) knowledge will be a plus point.

 Experience & Education Requirement

•  Minimum 4 years of experience in Laravel.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in open-source CRM will be preferred
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
