We are seeking experienced backend developers with exceptional programming, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. Our backend stack is a traditional LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) environment.

We are specifically looking for mid to upper-mid level developers. If you are a complete beginner or fresher, we encourage you to explore our trainee and internship programs instead.

Responsibilities:

• Develop APIs and backend systems based on project requirements.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and modernize legacy applications, including rewriting old PHP code into modern Laravel applications.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Modern PHP: Strong understanding of SOLID principles, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), autoloading, Composer, and dependency injection.
• In-depth Knowledge of Laravel (or Symfony): Familiarity with request lifecycle, containers, validation, job handling, security, DBAL (Eloquent or Doctrine), and package development.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Experience with tools like Xdebug, query monitors, and debug bars.
• Backend Web Development Experience: Multiple years of experience, with a solid understanding of PHP and Laravel or similar MVC frameworks (Symfony, Yii, etc.).
• JavaScript Proficiency: Strong knowledge, with bonus points for experience with frontend frameworks like Vue or Angular.
• Database Skills: Expertise in database design and proficient in writing SQL queries.
• Testing: Experience with developing unit tests using PHPUnit is highly desirable.
• Legacy System Management: Ability to review, maintain, and upgrade legacy systems.
• Cloud Provider Experience: Familiarity with Digital Ocean, AWS, or other cloud providers is preferred.
• Project Management: Ability to prioritize and manage deliverables within specified timelines.
