About the job

Qualfication : B.Tech (preferably in Food Science)

Experience : Minimum 5 years (Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of spices)

Salary : Negotiable for deserving candidate

Job Location : Biratnagar,Koshi Provience

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine and ad-hoc quality control tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments. Ensure they are calibrated and in proper working condition.
Record and analyze test results accurately. Prepare detailed reports on findings and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to optimize product formulations, improve processes, and resolve quality issues.
Ensure adherence to industry-specific standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies in all lab procedures.
Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in the laboratory to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
Identify issues and deviations in product quality, troubleshoot them, and propose corrective actions in consultation with the senior management team.

Key Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of lab testing procedures, quality control methodologies, and laboratory equipment.
Experience working in the spices industry will be a significant advantage.
Strong ability to interpret data, recognize trends, and provide actionable insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and communicate findings effectively.
