• Knowledge of medical laboratory techniques: Graduates should have a good understanding of the laboratory  techniques and procedures used in the diagnosis and treatment of patients
• Laboratory Management: Graduates should have knowledge of laboratory management, including the  organization and administration of medical laboratory facilities
• Analytical and interpretive skills: Graduates should have the ability to analyze and interpret laboratory test  results and use this information to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients
• Technical skills: Graduates should have the technical skills needed to perform a variety of laboratory tests  and procedures, including the use of laboratory equipment and instruments
• Problem-solving skills: Graduates Should have the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems that may arise  in the laboratory
• Communication skills: Graduates should have the ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare  professionals, and other laboratory staff
• Medical ethics: Graduates should have knowledge of medical ethics and the legal issues related to the  practice of medical laboratory technology
• Ability to work under pressure: Graduates should have the ability to work effectively under pressure and  meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail: Graduates should have strong attention to detail, which is critical when working with  laboratory samples and test results
• Safety and hygiene: Graduates should have knowledge of the importance of safety and hygiene in the  laboratory and will follow the protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Content and Articles: Graduates should have knowledge of writing content & articles in the relative field. 
• Reporting and Recording: Graduates should have knowledge about reporting lab results verbally and via  written documentation, and maintaining the record of the laboratory

Qualification & Competencies: 

Education Degrees: 

• CMLT from a recognized college or university / BMLT is preferred but not mandatory 

Experience Years: 

• At least 2 years of work experience in a related field
