Lab Technician

We are seeking a dedicated, licensed, and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, maintaining laboratory standards, and supporting accurate diagnosis while ensuring quality and compliance with established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures accurately.
• Collect, process, and label patient specimens following standard procedures.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and cleanliness.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate laboratory records.
• Follow laboratory safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals regarding test results.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and report shortages when required.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information and laboratory records.
