Urvara Venture, a leading Nepali company empowering farmers with user-friendly digital soil testing solutions, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Junior Technical Assistant to join our growing team. This role combines your technical expertise with your communication skills to provide exceptional customer support, conduct training, and contribute to sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

• Provide technical assistance to customers regarding Urvara Venture's soil testing devices and agricultural equipment/tools.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and answer customer queries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services.

Training & Demonstrations:

• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on operating and maintaining Urvara Venture's soil testing devices.
• Conduct demonstrations of agricultural equipment and tools, highlighting their benefits for farmers.
• Train farmers on interpreting soil test results and making data-driven decisions for improved soil health and run soil test camps.

Sales Support:

• Generate leads and qualify potential customers through targeted outreach efforts.
• Assist the sales team by providing technical expertise during client meetings and product presentations.
• Close basic sales opportunities under the guidance of the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of soil science and agricultural practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong interest in agriculture and a desire to learn about innovative solutions.
