• The JTA will report to the Livelihood Supervisor and Project Manager and is responsible for distributing agricultural inputs (seed, irrigation materials, plastic sheets, poultry, goat) in the community, identifying/forming/reforming farmers’ groups
  
• Conducting training to the local   groups, forming saving and credit groups and supporting those groups in mobilizing savings and credit activities

• The salary will be given as per the organizational rules and regulations
