Education: JTA plant science or equivalent

Min. 2 years of experience in working in the agriculture, especially being located in the field
Hands-on experience of working in farming, Production planning and training
Ability to motivate and manage local farmers to achieve the set production target
Good communication skills to communicate with diverse stakeholders
Willingness to locate/ move in a town near to focus cluster is mandatory

Locating in the selected cluster of farmers (in Lamjung/ Tanahun, etc.) to manage aQysta’s farming activities in the cluster
Managing work and relationships, and motivating farmers in the selected cluster
Providing technical guidance to farmers on growing, monitoring and pest management of selected crops for targeted output achievement
Recording and sharing regular farming data in company record keeping platform
Making daily visits and monitoring of farms
