We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Junior Sales Officer to join our growing team at Poshilo Foods Products Pvt. Ltd., a leading food production company in the industry. As a mid-level candidate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced sales team and play a vital role in driving our business forward.

Responsibilities:

Act as a representative of Poshilo Foods Products Pvt. Ltd. in distributors, retailers, and gyms
Visit distributors and retailers daily to showcase our products and build professional relationships
Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads through market research and new business development strategies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Actively seek and secure new distribution channels for our products
Meet sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our food products to potential clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make necessary recommendations for improvements
Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and follow up on timely dispatch
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager
Participate in sales meetings and provide valuable insights and suggestions for enhancing sales performance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience as a Sales Officer or relevant role in the food production industry
Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and product lines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong networking abilities and ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
