Education Level	:	Graduate (Masters)
Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 2 years

Master’s degree in International Relations, Political Science and/or Public Policy
Demonstrated competence in research through evidence of publications
Demonstrated strong writing skills through evidence of publications
Preferably, skills in communications and multimedia production
1 – 2 years of relevant research experience

Monitor developments in the assigned thematic area of International Relations and produce weekly monitoring reports and opinions/analyses
Write monthly analysis on the assigned thematic area of International Relations
Conduct (field) research and produce in-depth research reports, papers, or policy analyses on a regular basis
Engage in strategic communications with citizens, the civil society and policy-makers
Help produce research briefs and multi-media materials to communicate research findings through multiple platforms (Print, TV, Website, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
Conduct monthly presentations on best research practices learned
