Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team at Bhuvaneshwori Satyal Foundation as a Jr. Program Coordinator. The ideal candidate for this role would be a mid-level professional with a background in BA (BSW, Psychology, Sociology or equivalent), preferably with experience in the NGO/INGO or development projects industry.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage program activities, including planning, budgeting, and implementation in line with organizational goals and objectives.
Conduct research, gather data, and create reports to support program development and monitoring.
Develop and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and community members to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
Assist in the recruitment and management of program staff and volunteers.
Conduct training and capacity building activities for program beneficiaries and team members.
Monitor and evaluate program activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare and submit program reports to donors and stakeholders.
Support the development and implementation of fundraising strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and relevant policies to inform program design and implementation.
