  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related Subject
  • At least one year of working experience at Procurement department.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
  • Knowledge of Suppliers.
  • Awareness of business trends.
  • Strong ability in negotiation and networking
  • Flexible in relation to working hours.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with Vendors and Suppliers.
  • Assist to develop and maintain procurement systems and maintain proper goods purchase records of the company.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the Procurement process (Purchase Order, Quotation, Follow up on delivery, receipt, payment schedule, etc.)
  • Maintain and verify stocks of Raw Material, WIP and Finished Goods.
  • Proper filling of the Purchase invoice along with the supporting documents including invoices, GRN Bhansar Pragyapan Patra, bank related documents, etc.
  • Assist in Vendor management and other coordination for timely supply of the RM/PM.
  • Coordinate with operations/Quality Control for smooth Functioning.
  • Coordinate with production planning team, Factory and adherence to plan.
  • Perform other duties as per assigned by the Management team.
