  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in above field with a supervisory role.
  • Should have strong knowledge regarding the Credit Risk analysis.
  • The candidate is expected to be well versed with the legal and regulatory requirement with the best practice in Banking.

Job Description

  • Need to assist with the internal and external reporting obligations for the Credit Risk Department.
  • Need to Support all credit risk team members by assisting in the day to day running of the Department in general and the organization in particular.
  • Formulation of policies, procedures, and guidelines for the effectively managing all the key risk areas of the bank.
  • To ensure adherence to correct identification procedures and confidentiality of information that conform to the requirements of the Credit.
  • Ensure all hindsight reviews are processed in a timely manner with the highest level of accuracy by developing sound risk assessment models and risk measurement, mitigation and reporting, frameworks across all the functions and activities of the bank.
  • Record findings from the hindsight reviews and analyses and report on collated data.
  • Assist with nominated projects as identified in the Credit Risk Business Plan.
