  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in above field with a supervisory role in Financial Intuitions.
  • The applicant must possess a strong knowledge & hands on experience on relevant AML/KYC/CFT guidelines/ Central Bank Directives and relevant banking 
  • The candidates must have the knowledge on entire operations related functions of Bank

Job Description

  • Able to setup the work flow process for banking operations, and for taking necessary measures to provide the needed support for smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with heads of other units to develop best practices for successful banking operations.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure a free flow process, and also supervise the execution of daily tasks.
  • Involve in community development activities to increase awareness of their bank’s presence to the community members and the general public.
  • Ensure policies and procedures of the bank correctly to minimize the operational risks to ensure that the credibility of the bank.
