Master’s Degree in Management or equivalent degree from reputed university with a minimum 1 year of work experience in Bank or Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent degree from a reputed university with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in Commercial Bank. Preference will be given to candidate working as Supervisor equivalent job position or above in the areas of Credit and/or Marketing and/or Trade and/or Operations. Age should not exceed 35 years by the end of 2068 BS. The candidates may also be placed in the position of branch head.
