Roles and responsibilities of this job

Developing and implementing policies and best practice guides for the Application, organization, service provider and customer
Developing sales strategies and setting targets for the assigned region
Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs
Monitoring sales data and keeping up to date with current market trends and customer needs
Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
Compiling and analyzing sales figure
Keeping up to date with products and competitors
visit potential and current clients in order to provide product information, answer client questions and concerns and build brand awareness

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Must have completed Bachelors/ Masters in Management form the recognized institute
Should have at least 2 years of experience in Plastic Industry
Technical knowledge in plastic product specially in pipes and fittings
Fluent in Nepali and English language both verbal and written
Sound knowledge of MS Office, Excel, etc.
Should have good communication skills
Should have patience and politeness while dealing with dealers and customers
Should be confident and have influential personality
Must be adaptable, persuasive, self-motivated and goal driven
Candidate must have own vehicle and valid driving license
Flexible to visit market according to needs

Note: Male candidates are highly preferred
