Job Description:

We seek a dynamic and dedicated Junior Officer for our HR and Administration team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR and Admin functions and must be proficient in Nepali typing.

This role is ideal for candidates from Itahari, Biratnagar, Dharan, and Britamod or the Eastern Part of Nepal Locations Only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage employee records and ensure all HR-related documents are up-to-date.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and maintaining office organization.
  • Coordinate training sessions and HR events.
  • Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Support payroll processing and other HR administrative functions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR and Administration.
  • Proficiency in Nepali typing is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates from Itahari, Biratnagar, Dharan, and Britamod are strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary Range: 25K to 30K
