Job Description

  • Deliver high quality service to client/customers 
  • Provide training about the use of Khalti app
  • Provide an efficient support service across for customer/client involvement 
  • Assist in the promotion, support and development of all Involvement approaches, policies and action plans
  • Research best practice to assist with the development of all customer engagement approaches
  • Facilitate client communication
