  • Bachelor degree from recognized University.
  • Able to work and contribute in a team & be flexible.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Performance shall be given to the candidates having sound knowledge of credit and branch operation.
  • Candidates must have computer and banking software (Pumori) knowledge & office application along with excellent Communication skills.

Job Description

  • Ensure the efficient and accurate preparation of Mortgage related documentation.
  • Responsible to ensure that documents for entry are completed correctly with the required authorization and signatures.
  • Assist with the settlement process of property purchases and discharges, responding to solicitors requirements.
  • Assist with the daily functions of the Lending Administration Team & including NRB reporting are actioned in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist the Credit Administration Supervisor with the development and implementation of a thorough hindsight review process.
  • Ensure compliance through a sound knowledge of Credit Administration policies, procedures, products, services and systems.
  • Ensure adherence to correct identification procedures and confidentiality of information that conform to the requirements of the Credit.
  • Ensure all relevant spreadsheets are updated and maintained to assist with the efficient running of the administration team’s functions.
