About the job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our dynamic HR team at National Path Lab. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about human resources and want to contribute to a positive workplace culture in a healthcare setting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, conducting new employee orientations, and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Monitor and track employee leave requests and assist employees with inquiries related to leave policies, including eligibility and application processes
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus
  • Nepali typing is a must.
  • Prior experience in an HR role or internship is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
