Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Support and coordination in overall HR functions 
  • Preparation of employee documents and regular updates of employees details in HRIS.
  • Provide coordination support throughout the transformation exercise including in collecting and centralizing documentation and in preparing official correspondence.
  • Ensure proper onboarding and offboarding process following the standard process.
  • Preparing monthly payroll and other benefits such as insurance, communication, fuel etc. of employees. 
  • Preparation of reports of various HR activities and submit to the HR Manager and Management.
  • Support in Performance Management, developing KRAs and KPIs, preparing job description.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, reward and recognition, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Conduct HR surveys in timely basis, prepare reports and provide recommendation to the concern authority.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities

  • Outstanding multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
  • Ability of working in an organized manner
  • Ability to build team work.
