About the role:

The Graphic designer at Infinity Digital Agency is responsible for finding and creating the most effective solutions to getting messages across in electronic and print media through the visual output with the use of color, type, imagery, format, and other necessary elements. 

Designer at Infinity Digital Agency is a creative executive role that falls under the Creative Department at IDA. This department is responsible to bring projects to life. Also referred to as graphic artists or communication designers, Designers work closely with people in the project team. This position directly reports to the Project Manager - Client Service.

Key Roles and Responsibilities of Designer:

  • Understand and analyze the brief provided by the line manager and design visual materials accordingly.
  • Conduct necessary research to formulate ideas or support the aspects of the creative processes to create original and captivating visual designs.
  • Familiarizing themselves with the product, target audience and necessary activities in the market through the creative team or by themselves for the purpose of original and compelling visual communication.
  • Work with the assigned creative and marketing team to develop the visual identity of brands (from logo to entire brand guide) and also visuals for the marketing campaigns as per the periodic assignments to help shape a brand or marketing message.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and help clients stand out or ahead of the competition 
  • Producing consistently excellent visual work as per the criteria set by the line manager
  • Design (or create) graphics to meet specific commercial, promotional or client’s needs, such as packaging, displays, logos, or imagery for print and digital uses including banner ads, social media posts, website graphics, magazine advertorials, etc.
  • Use a variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects and often select the type, font, size, color, and line length of headlines, headings, and text, and other necessary elements for effective, attractive and goal fulfilling visual outcome. 
  • Understand and transform statistical data to other complex data and content into visual graphics and diagrams (ex. Infographics), which can make complex ideas more accessible. 
  • Modify designs until the client is satisfied and the goals set by the line manager is met 
  • Presenting ideas for visual work to the line manager, some of which may be rejected or developed into workable concepts.
