Designation: Junior Field Officer
Location: Hariharpurgadhi, Sindhuli (Ward 7, 8) Dolakha, Bigu Rural Muncipality (Ward 6, 7)

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 10+2/JTA/diploma in agriculture/veterinary or social science or development related fields; with training in IPM farmer facilitator/IPM ToT/Agriculture/ Livestock/Veterinary.
• Minimum of 2-3-years relevant program implementation and report writing experience in a professional environment, preferably in livelihood sector.
• Excellent knowledge of project based activities and experience on reporting writing and case stories, good practices prepare and presentation.
• Strong communication and influencing skills using evidence-based methods;
• Excellent understanding of data and information phases/needs for program management and decision-making;
• Excellent ability to articulate oral and written technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Experience with both quantitative and qualitative methods, including guidance/tool/SOP development, and facilitating community-level and key stakeholder KIIs & FGDs;
• Experience with KoBo Toolbox is desirable.
• Two wheeler diving licence will be an added advantage.
• Candidates from the project areas are preferred
