Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional support to onshore international students residing in Australia who applying to colleges and universities in Australia. Your role will involve assisting students with inquiries, admissions guidance, and handling visa-related communication and documentation from a remote location.

You will be working at our Kathmandu office but will also be working remotely to provide support for international students residing in Australia.

It is crucial that your application demonstrates the job requirements. Please note that strong English communication skills are essential for effective communication in this role. Responsibilities:

Assist students with program offerings, admissions requirements, and scholarship opportunities for Australian colleges and universities.
Manage incoming and outgoing emails from students, providing prompt and professional responses.
Prepare and process visa-related documents with precision to support students' visa applications.
Engage in online documentation and submission processes for visa applications, working closely with relevant authorities and educational institutions.
Maintain effective communication with colleges and universities to facilitate student enrollment and address visa-related matters.
Organize and keep confidential records of student-related documentation and correspondence.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills for interactions with students, colleges, and universities.
Familiarity with visa regulations, immigration processes, and documentation requirements.
Strong organizational and time management skills for efficient remote work.
Meticulous attention to detail for accurate visa documentation and compliance.
Proficiency in using email platforms, online documentation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

GOOD TO HAVE

Completed bachelor’s degree.
Understanding of Immigration system/visa pathways.
