Job Description

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward
• customers and company at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Managing a teamwork and daily submitting the report to the senior

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience in sales field
• Must have own two-Wheeler
• Should be proficient in MS Office, good in MIS and email correspondence.
• Able to work in a team.
• Education: - No degree required
