Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Backend Developer at Autolab Technologies Pvt. Ltd. located in Kathmandu. The Junior Backend Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with backend development, including designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain web applications and ensure high performance and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Java, Python
• Experience with web development frameworks and tools, such as Spring Boot, Django, or Ruby on Rails
• Knowledge of databases and SQL, along with experience in query optimization and performance tuning
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
• Understanding of Restful API design principles and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
