Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Prepare, correct and update documents during schematic design and design development phases
Cooperate to complete projects and maintain effective communication
Travel regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meeting
Prepare BOQ and costing analysis
Responsible for keeping the project, or a phase of a project, on schedule

Note:

Immediate start
Minimum 20,000 NPR for junior Architects (Determined by the Portfolio and Work Experience) & also (Negotiable for Senior Architects)

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree or above in Architecture
Good communication skills including drawing, sketching, research, illustration of design
Render conceptual design ideas and prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings
Knowledge of design, construction methodology, materials application and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness.
Experience in compiling BOQ and preliminary costing analysis
Knowledge of autoCAD, sketchup, of adobe creative suite (PS, Ai, ID) vray, knowledge of archiCAD or revit is preferred but not compulsory
Good time management skills
Have confidence and a mature personality, able to work in a team as well as carrying tasks alone when assigned
Must be fluent in English
